When it comes to adoption it can seem like an overwhelming journey at the beginning. There are so many processes and procedures that must be followed it may appear like a never ending road, but with our help we can navigate your way through it with you providing clarity, support and guidance at a time when you need it most.
This not only applies to those wishing to adopt a child or minor, we can also help if you have found yourself in a position whereby your child has been removed from your care by an authoritative body and you wish to fight for their return to you.
If you wish to adopt a child
If you are beginning the process of adopting a child there is a rigorous eligibility process that you will need to go through. Whilst this may seem overwhelming if each step is executed accurately there should be no problems. You may need our help however if you feel you have been unfairly mis-represented on a home visit or through an inaccurate statement recording for example.
If your child has been put up for adoption
Should you find yourself in a situation where your biological child has been removed by an organisation and entered into the fostering or adoption system, we can help you speak out for your rights as a parent. It may not be a quick process but it is important that you ask for help as soon as possible. This is especially prudent if you or another parent of the child is experiencing physical or mental health restrictions which have had an impact on this decision being made.
